Our Services
There is a flat fee required for any mobile services offered by NeRG Auto Werkz. This fee serves as a deposit for making an appointment as well as covers any travel expenses that may be incurred while traveling to the customers location. This fee is based on the distance and can change at any time. There will be no refunds on this deposit for any reason. If you can not make your scheduled appointment, let us know 24 hours or more in advanced to reschedule for no extra fees.
TRAVEL COSTS & fEES
up to 20 miles - $25 Travel and deposit fee
20 - 30 miles - $40 Travel and deposit fee
Any thing over 30 miles will have an additional fee of $0.50 a mile.
(RATES MAY BE HIGHER IN INCLIMATE WEATHER AND FOR ROAD SIDE SERVICES)
NERG AUTO WERKZ STANDARD LABOR RATE IS $84.99 + TAX.
(THE STANDARD RATE MAY CHANGE DEPENDING ON THE TYPE OF VEHICLE AND SEVERITY OF SERVICE NEEDING TO BE PERFORMED. THESE ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE AGREED UPON BEFORE PERFORMING ANY SERVICE OR REPAIR ON ANY VEHICLE)

ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE AND EMERGENCY REPAIR SERVICES COST VARIES DEPENDING ON SERVICES NEEDED, TIME OF DAY/NIGHT, LOCATION, WEATHER, AND SEASON. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: SPARE TIRE INSTALLATION, TIRE PLUGS/REPAIRS, LOCK OUT & KEY RETRIEVAL, FUEL DEVIVERY, JUMP STARTS, BATTERY INSTALLATIONS, VEHICLE REPAIRS.
ANY SERVICE REQUESTED WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT MADE LESS THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE WILL BE CONSIDERED AN EMERGENCY CALL AND WILL BE PRICED ACCORDINGLY.
